Regarding Returns and exchanges:
1. Please carefully check the order content is correct when placing an order (including the color, style, model, and mailing information of the product)
2. All products are not accepted for return or exchange (Except for obvious defects in the product or shipping errors, otherwise returns and exchanges are not accepted).
3. If it is a situation where the customer purchases the wrong product, we will not be able to arrange any returns or exchanges.
4. The following are not within the scope of defects:
- Man-made damage
- Photo color difference
- Very small stains/marks
- Handmade marks present in handmade products
Different from imagination, different material cognition, printing clarity, and other reasons that do not affect the use function
5. Please avoid using(including) alcohol or corrosive cleaners to wipe or wet compress the product, UV printed products may be affected by friction or contact with alcohol, etc., but you can clean it with clean water.
6. Mirror-style products should avoid being put into tight pants pockets, they may be damaged due to friction; when storing, they should be placed separately in the partition layer of the bag, which can protect the surface of the phone case.
7. The phone case is a consumable product that comes into contact. If the product has been used and the product has marks or the printing surface is off due to poor personal use habits, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. In case of any dispute, SoulCase reserve the final decision right.
